Pasta Runs in Our Family
Carmelo and Joan Oliva started Carmelo’s in October of 1986. Carmelo’s Was started with a philosophy that everyone is treated like family and our food is made fresh daily with fresh ingredients. Today, we are on the third generation. Three generations strive to provide a family atmosphere and fine dining experience. We still pride ourselves on the core values that started Carmelo’s 37 years ago. We cant wait to serve you!
